CAE 2nd Annual Community Reunion Cookout

Join Community Arts Experience, in collaboration with One Kingdom Ministries, for an outdoor End-of-Summer Bash featuring food, live music, tabletop painting, games, and community fellowship.

This event is sponsored by the Mercer County Behavioral Health Commission, Inc.

Outdoor Event Notice

This event will be held outdoors on the grounds of the CAE Complex. Guests should dress appropriately for the weather and bring their own lawn chairs or outdoor seating. Sunscreen, hats, and personal water bottles are recommended.

Activities, times, or event arrangements may be changed due to severe weather or unsafe outdoor conditions. Registered guests will receive weather-related updates using the contact information provided.

Meal Order Reservation

Each eligible person may receive one complimentary meal. A valid Recovery Hub participant code is required for the Recovery Hub complimentary meal.

One complimentary meal is provided for the following:
Recovery Hub Participants and their children, if applicable
Seniors aged 65+
Children age 12 or younger
Any second or additional plate must be purchased at the following rate:
Adults and youth age 13 or older: $20 per plate
Children age 12 or younger: $15 per plate

Number of Meals: Adults and Youth Ages 13 - 64

Number of Meals: Children age 12 or younger

Recovery Hub Participant Code

Enter the participant code issued to you by the Mercer County Recovery Hub. Each valid participant code provides one complimentary meal for the eligible Recovery Hub client and their children, if applicable.
Any second or additional plate must be purchased at the following rate:
Adults and youth age 13 or older: $20 per plate
Children age 12 or younger: $15 per plate

Waiver and Acknowledgment

Outdoor Event Assumption of Risk *

I understand that this is an outdoor event. Participation may involve exposure to heat, sunlight, rain, wind, insects, uneven ground, slippery surfaces, outdoor equipment, food-service areas, and other ordinary risks associated with outdoor community events. I voluntarily accept these risks for myself and the individuals included in my registration.

Release of Liability *

I voluntarily release and hold harmless Community Arts Experience, Inc., One Kingdom Ministries, their officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, and event partners from claims, injuries, losses, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the event, except where prohibited by law.

Personal Responsibility *

I accept responsibility for my personal belongings, conduct, health, and safety, as well as the conduct and safety of any minor children or other individuals included in my registration.

Child Supervision *

I understand that children must remain under the direct supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult at all times. Event staff and volunteers are not responsible for providing childcare or individual supervision.

Emergency Medical Authorization *

In the event of an emergency, I authorize event personnel to contact emergency medical services. I understand that I am responsible for any medical treatment, transportation, or related expenses incurred for myself or anyone included in my registration.

Food and Allergy Acknowledgment *

I understand that food will be prepared and served in a community event environment. Community Arts Experience, Inc. and One Kingdom Ministries cannot guarantee that food or serving areas will be free from allergens, cross-contact, or ingredients that may cause an adverse reaction.

Meal Eligibility and Additional Plates *

I understand that a valid Recovery Hub participant code and Seniors 65+ provide one complimentary meal to the eligible participant. A second or additional plate costs $20 for adults and youth age 13 or older and $15 for children age 12 or younger.

Weather and Event Changes *

I understand that Community Arts Experience, Inc. may modify, postpone, relocate, or cancel the event due to weather, safety concerns, site conditions, or other circumstances beyond its control.
